I install, service, and troubleshoot computer networks. My speciality and intensive training is on Novell products, but also service Microsoft products as well. I have considerable experience in correcting problems with networked printers.

I am CompTIA A+ certified, and also take care of any and all workstation issues, across all Windows platforms.

I am certified in CAT 5, 5e, and 6 network cabling installations using Panduit products. I am also a Certified Novell Salesperson, trained in problem solving using Novell products.

I am also the President of the Central Valley Novell Users Group.
